Terms and Conditions

GENERAL:

• Meal rates are subject to change every fiscal year
• Residential Dining Services (RDS) dining facilities do not accept PCards, cash, or tax-exempt certificates.

DEPARTMENT-SPONSORED VISITING GROUP

• Department sponsored visiting group rates are $11.00 per meal.
• To be considered a sponsored group, means the event is fully coordinated AND paid for by a CSU department, i.e. the department will work directly with RDS to; arrange payment through our internal accounting system (Kuali), and introduce us to the group contact to coordinate the meal cards etc. In this event, the group receives the Department Rate.

EXTERNAL VISITING GROUP

• External visiting group rates are $15.00 plus tax per meal.
• External groups that work directly with RDS to make arrangements and are not making payments through our internal accounting system, are subject to the External Group Rate
  • In the event that RDS works directly with an external group to arrange for payment outside of our internal accounting system, they are no longer considered a CSU Sponsored Group.

PROCESS:

1. Notice:
   1. For groups less than 50: Please allow 2 weeks’ advance notice.
   2. Additional approval is required for groups of 50 or more: Please allow 3 weeks’ advance notice.
2. Once this form is submitted, we will review and contact you regarding availability
   1. Once set-up is complete, we will send confirmation to the contact’s email
3. The Meal Card(s) will then need to be picked up in the RDS office
   1. Palmer Center, Room 105 (1005 W Laurel St)
4. The invoice is emailed to the group within 1-2 weeks of event completion and is due upon receival of invoice.
   1. Sponsored = must submit Kuali Internal Order (remember to include ABF form if applicable)
   2. External = pay over the phone or send check
